Safety measures to protect the health of our clients
Dear Customer,
We are pleased to inform you that we have taken all the health and safety measures requested by the competent authority in order to guarantee total security to our guests and staff.
We ensure compliance with the hygiene standards in common areas, rooms and within contacts with our team, so that you can enjoy your holiday with happiness and ease.
These are our key words:
- Safe: we changed our habits and renovated our spaces in order to observe all the new rules.
- Respectful towards people around you and towards their health, like it is your own.
- Together: we are united by this effort we are making, but also by the joy to be in vacation! Enjoy being able to relax and to be served by our helpful and lovely staff!
Our health and safety procedures are as follows:
- Continuous cleaning and sanitizing of all areas, rooms, halls and meeting points.
- Deep and carefull disinfection of all surfaces that you can possibly touch (door handles, lifts, welcome desks, toilets, etc… ) several times a day.
- Protection devices for all our staff.
- Hand sanitizer located in different areas.
- Staff highly trained in security procedures.
- Streamlining measures for check-in and check-out.
- Room service on request.
- Personal protection devices available for guests on request.

How to reach us
If you are coming from the A 14 motorway: exit RIMINI NORD, follow the road signs to BELLARIA IGEA MARINA, and at the second roundabout, the one with the SS-16 state road, follow the sign for Mare/Bellaria Igea Marina.
After a few kms you will reach a roundabout just in front of the sea, take the last exit (go left). That is Viale Pinzon.
Continue on Viale Pinzon for few kms, then you will find Hotel ELISEO at the street number 130 on the left, in front of the Bagno MARCO 66-67, on the right by the sea.
By train
Bellaria Igea Marina is located on the Rimini-Ravenna coastline.
The nearest train station is “Igea Marina”, the hotel is about 600 metres far.
The hotel is also 1.5 kilometres from Bellaria railway station, where a taxi service is available.
If you arrive in Rimini Central Station, on the square in front of the station, you can catch the bus N°4 direction San Mauro Mare (about every 20 minutes) and get off at Igea Marina at the bus stop N°41, which is 50 metres from the hotel.
In Aereo
The nearest international airport is Rimini Airport (18 km)

The Restaurant
How does the service work, is there a self-service?
Hotel ELISEO boasts a nice large fully air-conditioned dining room facing the sea with an outdoor terrace in the garden, where you can have breakfast.
Breakfast with a rich sweet and savory buffet, homemade cakes, croissants, cold cuts and cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, and many other delicacies.
Coffee, tea, milk and hot chocolate are served directly at the table.
For lunch and dinner we offer a large buffet of vegetables and hors d’oeuvres with free access. The first course and the main course consist of a selection of meat and fish dishes: the menu is shown the night before, so you can pick your preferred dish for the following day.
Homemade ice cream of our own production, delicious desserts, sorbet and the best local fruits at the end of every meal: always served with a smile!
And for young children?
We are fully available to prepare dishes according to the tastes and the eating habits of your child, always using fresh and genuine products.
We provide you with free vegetable soup and broth for making baby food and every day each child is offered an afternoon snack.
The dining room features comfortable high chairs, coloring placemats, baby cutlery as well as coloured dishes and glasses.
Do you offer coeliac menus?
Our hotel is not AIC certified (Italian coeliac disease association), but our staff is available to arrange for you a menu with gluten-free products. Please let us know your needs before your arrival.
Do you offer vegetarian menus?
Upon request, we are able to offer delicious dishes to our vegetarian guests, too.
The Beach
We do not have a private beach, but we have an agreement with Bagno Marco 66-67, the local beach rental place, that allows you to use umbrellas and sunbeds from the third row at highly discounted prices. On the contrary, those who want a beach umbrella in the first two rows near the sea will have to pay the full price set by the lifeguards’ cooperative.
Can I book a beach umbrella in advance?
If you want to book an umbrella in advance, you can do it by contacting the beach resort directly or through the hotel managers, who will then forward your booking to the lifeguard.
Do you provide beach towels?
Upon your arrival at the hotel, you will find in your room free beach towels for each guest. Towels are not changed every day, but during the week.
Wi-Fi
The hotel offers Free WIFI connection – provided by a fibre-optic network.
To connect, you simply have to register with our WIFI providing name, surname and email address. You will then be able to use the network free of charge.
Car Park
Our guests have the option of parking their cars in the hotel's private parking lot inside the hotel or in a fenced and guarded parking lot 300 meters from the hotel with which we have an agreement. Depending on the availability of parking spaces, only upon your arrival you will be notified in which parking lot to leave your car.
Is the parking space reserved?
Exclusively upon request, there is the possibility of reserving your parking space in the hotel's internal parking for a daily fee of €10 per day.
Is there a parking free?
No, parking without being reserved is free exclusively for all our guests who book directly with us.
Cancellation Policy
Yes, when booking you must pay a deposit. The amount and the payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
What about the cancellation of the reservation?
In the event you have to cancel your stay, if the cancellation occurs 9 days before the presumed date of your arrival, no amount will be charged and your deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations and no-shows after the specified deadlines, the amount of the paid deposit will be charged.
For early departures, a penalty in the amount of 3 overnights will be charged pursuant to tourism legislation.
General Information
The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Master Card, Maestro as well as all Italian Debit Cards.
Is it possible to book tickets for the parks?
At the reception, you can book and get tickets for your favourite Theme parks at discounted prices.
Is the tourist tax applied?
No, Bellaria Igea Marina does not apply any tourist tax.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed at Hotel Eliseo upon request as long as they are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests. Since there is a maximum number of pets that the hotel can accept at a time, you must inform our direction of the number and size of your pets in order to make a reservation. They stay in the room with their owners who are responsible for them, and in the restaurant their entry is not allowed; to meet the needs of all our guests, we count on your understanding. There is a daily surcharge for room cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
Are international TV channels available in the room?
Yes, 2 German channels, 1 French channel and 1 English channel are available.
