The kitchen of Hotel Eliseo in Bellaria Igea Marina opens its doors and it is happy to invite you to the 1st Meeting for Food &Travel Bloggers!
Nonna Violante, romagnola doc, together with ther trusted staff will teach you how to cook typical Romagna recipes sharing her secrets for her much appreciated cuisine. Among the dishes which will be prepapred: piadina and cassoni romagnoli, strozzapreti alle vongole, home made pasta, passatelli, rabbit alla cacciatora, Offelle dei Malatesta, Romagna ring cake.

What are we going to do together?
- Romagna Cooking Course with Nonna Violante (show and hands on)
- Guided evening excursion to the historical town of Santarcangelo di Romagna and visit to the underground caves
- Romagna typical dinner with popular music and local wine tasting
- Discover Bellaria Igea Marina in a fashinating trip among fishermen, fishing boats and sea tales.
- All the rest will a lovely surprise!
