Spend a week immersed in the art of handmate pasta, exploring local flavors and discovering the beauty of Italy home cooking. 

 

❤️ 2nd June 2025
  • From 6.30 pm, join us for a welcome aperitif in our seafront garden, a perfect way to ease into the week with a glass in hand and the sea breeze around you.
  • At 7.30 pm, dinner will be served, featuring a selection of fresh, local products to introduce you to the flavors of Romagna.*

🍷 3rd June 2025
  • Start the day with a rich and tasty breakfast, then enjoy your morning as you wish!
  • At 12.30 pm, lunch will be served at the hotel restaurant, offering a variety of fresh, local dishes.*
  • In the afternoon, enjoy a guided wine tasting at a local winery in our scenic hinterland. From lush vineyards to a glass of red or white, you'll discover the winemaking process while savoring local cured meats and the warm hospitality of Romagna.
  • Back at the hotel, dinner will be served at 7.30 pm, featuring another selection of fresh, local specialties.*
 
👩🏻‍🍳​ 4th June 2025
  • After a delicious breakfast, enjoy your free morning: perhaps a walk along the beach or a bike ride to Bellaria’s town market.
  • Then relax with our picnic lunch by the sea. Inside you will choose to taste plenty of delights that will surprise you: stuffed piadina from Romagna, tasty cold pasta, as well as a fresh fruit salad!
  • In the afternoon, join our traditional cooking class with Nonna Romagnola at the Hotel Eliseo! Together, we’ll prepare typical sauces and traditional dishes of Romagna, bringing local recipes to life.
  • Dinner at 7.30 pm will feature fresh, local specialties at the hotel restaurant.*
     
👩🏻‍🍳 ​5th June 2025
  • After breakfast, spend the morning as you like: maybe take a trip to Rimini to visit the Fellini Museum or simply relax.
  • At 12.30 pm, lunch will be served at the hotel restaurant.*
  • In the afternoon, get your hands dirty with our special guest, Carmela's  Kitchen. In this cooking class, you will learn the art of homemade pasta from a true specialist! Carmela Sereno Hayes, founder of Carmela’s Kitchen, is a passionate cook and teacher who has been sharing the craft of fresh pasta in the UK for years. Her mission is to preserve Italian culinary traditions and pass on the authentic techniques of handmade pasta.
  • At 7.30 pm, dinner will feature the pasta and sauces you made during the class—a perfect way to enjoy the fruits of your labor.*
  • After dinner, join a special Q&A session with Carmela, who is also a published author and pasta expert. This is your chance to ask questions, uncover pasta-making secrets, and hear stories from her culinary journey.
🌿6th June 2025 – Full-day excursion to Santarcangelo di Romagna

After breakfast, get ready for a day of exploration in Santarcangelo di Romagna:
  • Stroll through olive groves, visit an olive oil mill, and enjoy a guided tasting of different oils that you can try and choose which one you like best!
  • Lunch at a traditional restaurant in the heart of the old town.
  • Visit Stamperia Marchi, where traditional hand-printed fabrics are still crafted, and discover an extraordinary piece of history—a mangle dating back to 1633.
  • Explore the town’s underground caves, where history and mystery intertwine beneath the streets.
  • After dinner, join a special Q&A session with Monica Cesarato,  a passionate food blogger and expert in Venetian and Italian cuisine. This is your chance to ask questions, dive into the rich culinary traditions she explores, and hear fascinating stories from her food and travel experiences.
👀 7th June 2025 – Optional day trip to Bologna 
  • Start your day with a leisurely breakfast, then decide how you’d like to spend your time.
  • Relax at the hotel or take a day trip to Bologna, one of Italy’s most iconic cities, where great food and a slow-paced lifestyle create a unique charm. If you choose to explore, we’ll provide all the information you need!

  • Enjoy a final breakfast before spending your last morning soaking in the flavors and atmosphere of Romagna.
  • At 12.30 pm, lunch will be served one last time before we say: Arrivederci!
